Absolutely NO parties and/or additional guests allowed. Failure to comply, you will be asked to leave and will be fined a $800 fee. You will find three bedrooms; 2 of them with (1) queen size bed in each and one of them with 2 twin size beds. In addition, you will have two roll-out beds in case you don't want to share beds or simply for additional accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped so you feel right at home. There is a swimming pool with an alarm for safety if you want to use. The washer and dryer will be found in the garage. You can access the entire house. We ask that you lock the doors at all times. There are many doors, so we like to make sure none get missed and stay unlocked. Available 24/7 with any questions! Please call us or message us if you need anything. This is a residential area with large single family homes. You will see people jogging or walking their dogs in the mornings and kids walking home after school. Gas stations, grocery stores, hospitals are all less than a mile away. Quiet hours are from 7AM-10PM. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles on the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very accessible. The landscaper will come twice a month, usually (but not always) on Fridays or Saturdays. He will access the backyard and front yard. The pool maintenance will be done on Fridays before sunrise (usually but not always) and he will access the backyard also. Absolutely NO parties and/or additional guests allowed.
