With roots in the Airbnb industry since 2018, we began with a three-bedroom home in Oakland Park, FL, and expanded to manage 35 units in the area. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we scaled back and shifted our focus to management, specializing in units with two bedrooms or fewer.

At Vaycaay, we offer comprehensive management services for your property, including setup, listing creation, pricing, 24/7 guest relations, handyman and cleaning crew coordination, and more. We treat each property as if it were our own, ensuring high booking rates and guest satisfaction.

As an owner working with Vaycaay, we aim to minimize your involvement in managing your Airbnb property. Our full management service allows you to enjoy the benefits while we handle all the work. We involve you only for major repairs or exceeding inventory replacement budgets. Your feedback is valued, and we can adapt to your desired level of involvement.

With Vaycaay, you receive monthly financial statements and profit checks by the 5th of each month. Our management fee is 25% of all booking revenue. We also offer a $250 referral incentive for successful referrals.
